consumers. Take a look at our shipping and handling rates below and then
rest assured knowing that we are not gouging you for shipping.
Our shipping and handling fees include: postage, delivery confirmation
(all domestic USA orders shipped via USPS), packing materials, and labor
costs. Shipping insurance can be added to all shipments prior to shipment
for actual cost. We highly encourage all our customers to purchase shipping
insurance.
Customers will soon be able to change their shipping preferences and
other account information by logging into their account at www.GoldAndSilverDeal.com.

WaM SHIPPING PROCEDURES
1. When we receive confirmation of cleared payment for your order, our shipping department is notified to fill and package your order.
2. At WaM, time is of the essence. In nearly all cases, your order will be shipped within seven (7) business days from the date of confirmation of funds. However, we are often able to ship within one to three days of your order depending upon our immediate inventory.
3. Upon shipment, we will email you a Shipping Confirmation Memo that in most cases will include a USPS delivery confirmation number which will allow you to trace the progress of your shipment online.
4. We ship by either United States Postal Service, insured UPS, or in some cases, by FedEx insured ground delivery. All of these are the safest form of shipment for high worth valuables, and ship under utmost security until your order reaches the destination.
Shipments will be held at your local post office, or UPS shipping center, if you are not at your designated delivery location to receive your package. If you are not home when your delivery arrives, both USPS and UPS will leave you a notification indicating time and date of their attempted delivery. They are further required to make three delivery attempts during which time your package will be securely held at your local post office or UPS shipping center until you are able to pick up the shipment and sign a proof of delivery receipt.
5. All shipping charges on standard orders are included in your invoice.
