The Rules Governing Subscriptions and Referral Bonuses
This page contains many acronyms. A full list of our acronyms and what they stand for can be viewed in the WaM Glossary by clicking here.
Referral Bonus schedules depend on three factors:
1) What subscription, if any, the referring agent is on,
2) What subscription the referral is on, and
3) Payment of subscription invoice by the due date.
Full RB schedules can be viewed by clicking here.
General Rules:
RB is only paid the RB for the matching RB schedule of the subscription said customer is currently subscribing.
The U. S. Silver Eagle coins shown on this website are for aesthetic purposes only. Our silver is bullion. We may offer U.S. silver eagles from time to time, but it should be understood and assumed that all our silver is bullion other than U.S. Silver Eagles.
Customers are responsible for making certain all information is correct upon sign up and kept up to date.
Customers are responsible for making certain referral number is correct upon sign up. Any changes made to referral lineage must come from the referred customer’s account. WaM may make appropriate changes if requested by referred customer. WaM reserves the right to adjust referral lineage when appropriate.
If a new Customer enters “no” to the first question on the WaM signup form, the entry is final. If a new Customer answers “yes” to said question and enters the incorrect referral number (or no number), the Customer has 15 days from sign up date to add/correct the referral number.
Customers must fill out and return the W-9 form (found in the “fine print” section of this website) prior to receiving any RB. Referral Bonuses will not be credited or calculated until the W-9 form is completed and returned to Ways and Means.
A customer’s referral list cannot be sold traded or transferred without the express written consent of WaM.
Customers who open a dispute will have all account activity frozen until the dispute is settled.
In the case of a dispute customer agrees to use a 3rd party arbitrator.
Promotional materials must be approved in by Ways and Means prior use. Pre-approved promotional materials such as business cards, post cards and trifolds can be purchased from Ways and Means on this website.
Customers may not build websites or webpages to promote the Ways and Means subscription program without the written approval of Ways and Means.
Shipping and handling includes the cost of shipping, the cost of shipping materials, the cost of labor, and the cost of payment processing. Shipping insurance is not included in the default shipping and handling rates but a customer may opt to purchase insurance. If the customer opts for a different method other than the default shipping method (USPS 1st Class, uninsured), the upgrade must be made prior to payment of the invoice.
RB payments may be made in silver rounds, 90% silver or a combo of both, at the sole discretion of WaM.
WaM reserves the right to pay all RB in the form of silver.
WaM reserves the right to postpone the shipment of RB until a minimum of one ounce of silver has accumulated.
Submitting an order and receiving an invoice does not lock in the gold or silver subscription price. Prices are subject to change until cleared payment has been received by WaM.
If an active customer (SA/GA) submits a late payment or stops making subscription payments entirely, they will revert to RA status as far as RB payments are concerned. The customer may continue their subscription at any time by requesting a new invoice and submitting the current subscription price. RB status will remain at the RA schedule until the next billing cycle or a minimum of 30 days has passed. At such time the customer may resume full RB status they held with prior referrals at the original subscription schedule.
Rules for Referral Agents:
All the "General Rules" above apply to RA.
RB are paid for bringing customers. RA to RA RBs do not exist.
If an RA becomes a customer (SA/GA/SAGA), the customer will continue to be paid on the RA schedule for any referrals brought as an RA. The RA RB do not follow into SA, GA, or SAGA payment schedules. RA who becomes SA or GA will start a new referral list as an SA, while still being paid RB for referrals made as an RA.
Rules for Silver Accumulators:
All the "General Rules" above apply to SA.
The U. S. Silver Eagle coins shown on this website are for aesthetic purposes only. Our silver is bullion. We may offer U.S. silver eagles from time to time, but it should be understood and assumed that all our silver is bullion.
The price per monthly subscription is tied to the price of silver, therefore the monthly subscription price will change every month.
Rules for Gold Accumulators:
All the "General Rules" above apply to GA.
The price of gold is the basis of the GAV therefore the monthly subscription price will change every month.
