Q. Do I get actual gold and silver coins? 
A. At Ways And Means, you ALWAYS get real gold and silver shipped to your mailing address. We do not ship paper promises to our customers. That would be completely contradictory to our mission statement. We want to help people get away from fiat currencies. 

Q. Why did I receive a U.S. quarter dollar in the mail? 
A. STOP! Don't spend that quarter as if it were only worth $0.25. All U.S. quarter dollars minted between 1932-1964 are 90% silver and are worth approximately 10X their face value (depending on the price of silver). 

Q. Is this a network marketing/MLM business, pyramid or ponzi scheme?
A. Although Network Marketing or Multi-Level Marketing (MLM) businesses are legitimate business models, we are not Multi-level. I suppose we could be labeled network marketing because we are asking our customers to use their network of relationships to bring new customers to us in the form of referrals. However, we are a legitimate retail business who simply reward our customers for spreading the word about us and what we do.
* Ponzi scheme is a fraudulent investment operation that pays returns to separate investors from their own money or money paid by subsequent investors, rather than from any actual profit earned. 
* A pyramid scheme is a non-sustainable business model that involves the exchange of money primarily for enrolling other people into the scheme, often without any product or service being delivered. Pyramid schemes are a form of fraud.
~> Ways And Means is different because we are an actual business selling actual products and we choose to take some of our profit and give a referral bonus to our customers much in the same way any business would pay its sales staff. The major difference would be that you are not running a business, you are not a partner, representative or franchisee of Ways And Means. 

Q. What's with all these acronyms?
A. We started using acronyms early on in business development and it just seemed to stick. It's much easier for one thing. Plus, we think it's kind of cool. It's like knowing the password to get into the clubhouse.

Q. What is SAV/GAV?
A. SAV / GAV is the Acquisition Value of Silver or Gold or the price at which WaM needed to pay for the product to fill an order. This is used in calculating the price of your monthly subscription. 

Q. What is RA, SA, GA, SAGA?
A. RA is a referral agent. They are not a customer however they can still participate in the referral program; An SA is a silver accumulator or someone on the silver accumulator program; A GA is a gold accumulator or someone on the gold accumulator program. A SAGA is someone on both the Silver AND Gold accumulator program. 

Q. Why do you need a 1099?
A. Because WaM will be paying out referral bonuses, the taxman has asked us to report our expenses and since you will be compensated for the referrals that you bring to us we are obligated to report the expense. 

Q. How do coin shops do business?
A. Your local coin shop charges a premium on all the coins they buy and sell. This premium fluctuates wildly from day to day. If you feel more comfortable buying coins from your local shop please feel free to do so. 

Q. Is silver and gold as good as money? 
A. We have all heard the saying "as good as gold" well that phrase didn't just come from nowhere. Former Chairman of the Federal Reserve Alan Greenspan has been quoted as saying “Gold still holds reign over the financial system as the ultimate source of payment." While other currencies have come and gone, gold has held its' value for thousands of years. In addition, the silver and gold bullion that we will be sending you can be sold at any local coin dealer any day of the week…so yes…gold and silver is as good as money and in our opinion it is much much better than the paper promise that is in your wallet right now. 

Q. How do I know the coins I am receiving are pure? 
A. We have reputable suppliers such as Sunshine Mint, et al. Sunshine Mint has developed a stellar reputation over the years and is very well known in the precious metals industry. 

Q. Where does Ways And Means get it's silver and gold? 
A. We have built relationships with reputable suppliers such as Sunshine Mint, the very same mint who supplies the US Mint with blank ounces which end up becoming US Silver Eagles. 

Q. Giving away so much gold and silver, how does Ways And Means make any money?
A. WaM is designed to heavily reward our customers who have referred their network to us to become our customer. We have seen to it that our customers are taken care of first while WaM will see a profit with the volume of business our customers will bring our way. 

Q. What happens if my referral cancels their subscription?
A. If your referral cancels their subscription you will no longer receive an RB for that referral until such time that said referral renews their subscription. 

Q. Why would I buy from Ways and Means when I can buy from the local dealer for much less?
A. Your local coin shops will sell you silver and gold at prices that are lower than ours however, in most cases they will be unwilling to pay you a monthly residual referral bonus for referring your circle of influence to become one of their customers. 

Q. Why does my monthly subscription price fluctuate?
A. The cost of silver and gold fluctuates by the minute. The cost of gold and silver is a major component in calculating our subscription costs. The subscription price will fluctuate accordingly.
